We’re a rain or shine kind of party. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, which we would alert you to via email, social media, and on our website.

The artist lineup is subject to change. While we work hard to deliver an amazing experience, artists, performers, set times, and schedules may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Lineup changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Food and beverage vendors are independently operated. While many accept cashless payments, some vendors may accept cash. Payment methods can vary by vendor.

• Standard Bags: Bags are limited to 4″ x 6″ x 1.5″ (10.2 cm x 15.2 cm x 3.8 cm) or smaller.
• Bag Check Availability: On-site bag check is not available. Guests should make alternate arrangements for any bags or items that do not meet venue requirements.

Exceptions

Medical Bags: Bags required for necessary medical equipment are exempt from the standard size restriction but may be subject to security screening.
