When I purchase my ticket online, how do I get my ticket?
Your ticket will hit your inbox as soon as you buy your ticket(s). Check your email (and spam folder) for your confirmation.
Can I upgrade my General Admission ticket to VIP at a later time?
If VIP spots are still open, you can upgrade right through your Tixr account here.
Can I upgrade to VIP at the festival?
Yes! There will be a VIP upgrade tent onsite where you can upgrade your ticket while supplies last.
What is the Premium Table Service?
It’s a top-tier way to experience the festival giving you a reserved, home base for your group — perfect for celebrating big, staying comfortable, and keeping the party effortless from start to finish. From express entry to premium table service, this experience is built for guests who want the best views, dedicated hospitality, and a place to gather without missing a moment of the action.
Officially, Premium Table Service includes:
• Express Entry for you and your guests
• Reserved VIP Table with dedicated a server throughout the event for a seamless, uninterrupted experience
• Access to the open-air VIP area with shade
• Dedicated Bottle Service Menu
• VIP lounge access near the main stage
• Access to all festival experiences
• Admission and table reservation for groups
• Beverage minimum
What is the refund policy?
We’re a rain or shine kind of party. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, which we would alert you to via email, social media, and on our website.
How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Just share your PDF ticket or a screenshot. The name doesn’t need to match the ID.
Are there any discount codes?
No active discount codes at the moment. If you’re looking for the best value, Early Bird pricing is the way to go while it’s still available.

Is this event family-friendly?
Do I need an ID?
Yes. You must be 18+ and present a valid physical photo ID.
- Driver’s license or state ID (no paper or temporary copies accepted)
- Passport (U.S., Canadian, or international)

Is the artist lineup final?
The artist lineup is subject to change. While we work hard to deliver an amazing experience, artists, performers, set times, and schedules may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Lineup changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
Is This Event Cashless?
Food and beverage vendors are independently operated. While many accept cashless payments, some vendors may accept cash. Payment methods can vary by vendor.
We recommend bringing a credit/debit card or mobile payment option for the smoothest experience. Cash acceptance at food vendors is not guaranteed.
What is the bag policy?
Bags in all Country Rising events must be clear and one of the following:
- Clear clutch (no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″)
- Clear fanny pack
For Winnipeg, bags are discouraged and will be searched.
Are outside food and beverages allowed inside the festival?
Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside the festival, but don’t worry, we got you covered with all you need!
What is the re-entry policy?
No re-entry. Once you’re in, you’re in — stay and vibe with us!
What is the photography policy?
Professional cameras and filming gear aren’t permitted. Phone pics and content? Absolutely encouraged. There are core memories to be made here!
